Price

Booking a holiday rental can be a lot of fun, but we understand it can also be confusing when prices change at various times during the orientation process. The price depends on numerous factors.

Holiday home prices are not static but can vary. We strive to offer flexible rates so all our guests can enjoy a wonderful holiday that fits their budget and needs. Whether you are an early booker, looking for a specific travel period, or simply want the best deal, we are here to help you find the perfect holiday rental. The following are a few reasons our holiday rental prices may vary, including booking date, period, supply and demand, and occupancy rate.

Booking date

Early bookers can often benefit from a lower price, as we want to encourage them to make their holiday plans early. This is called an early bird discount. As the booking date moves closer to the arrival date, prices may increase as availability decreases and demand increases.

Period and location

The season and period you want to book for also affect the prices of our holiday rentals. High seasons, such as summer and bank holidays, are generally more popular and can lead to higher prices due to higher demand. In contrast, when there is less demand—in the off-season—we often offer lower rates to make our accommodations more attractive to guests. The price of a property can also be affected by the location; a sought-after location may be more expensive than a less popular one.

Supply and demand

Prices may increase when there is high demand for our holiday rentals, especially during special events or festivals in the area. Similarly, when demand is lower than supply, such as during less popular periods, we can lower prices to stimulate supply.

Occupancy

The occupancy rate of our holiday rentals also affects prices. When many of our accommodations are already booked, availability may be limited, meaning a reduced supply of available holiday rentals. Lower occupancy allows flexibility to offer attractive rates. It is worth noting that the price can also drop significantly shortly before the date of a stay; these deals are called last minutes.
